After studying sugar craft at college , i decided to start Iced Gems as a business.

Prior to this i made cakes as a  hobby for friends and relatives.

Our new shop on the front in Parkgate, has un-obscured views over the Welsh hills, and is a fantastic place to create our handcrafted cakes.

I really enjoy my work and like to think that my cakes are very modern and a bit different, i also like a challenge of creating something new, as not everybody loves flowers on their cakes. I specialise in intricate sugar paste work and feel that the enjoyment and satisfaction i get from my work can be seen in the quality of the end product.
