Pasanda (very mild) Cooked in a special sauce made with fresh cream, almond, yoghurt and sugar

Mussala  (medium) Cooked in a special sauce made with fresh cream, almond, yoghurt and fresh spices

Makon (mild) Tender pieces of boneless chicken or lamb grilled in tandoor, cooked in a special rich, mild sauce with almonds and sultanas and garnished with a touch of butter

Korahi

 (moderately hot) Chicken or lamb grilled in Tandoor and cooked with green peppers and onions

Palok

Moderate dry dish consisting of spinach
